What do you do?
A: We provide businesses and individuals with technology
products, service and advice. We are a full service technology
provider. If you are wondering about a particular service or
product we probably offer it but if you would like to make sure
please contact us.
- Q:
What is your response time? How quickly can you help me?
A: During business hours we provide a 2-hour maximum
call back window and for our valued Support
Plan subscribers, we provide a 30 minute response window.
We also have emergency numbers that connect directly to a senior
engineer. Typically in an emergency we are onsite in less than
1 hour.
- Q:
What are your rates?
A: During normal business hours (M-F 9am-5pm) we charge
a minimum fee of $50 for the first 1/2 hour and $100/hr thereafter.
Server labor is billed at $130/hr. Special rates apply to off-hours
and emergencies. Support Plan
subscribers receive discounted labor rates
- Q:
Do you offer free technical support and advice?
A: For existing customers and under special circumstances
(i.e. warranty issues) we offer limited no-charge support. Like
most professional services companies (lawyers, accountants,
etc) we sell our knowledge and experience
