Network
Administration
TPCI's certified network experts will access your network
once a week to ensure it is operating at peak efficiency and secured.
All critical performance statistics and data is collected and
analyzed to identify problem areas and trends that may adversely
affect you network. This weekly check-up will ensure that your
network remains "healthy". Problems are readily identified
and action taken immediately to remedy any problem areas.
The
weekly remote activities performed include: Review of console
logs for network errors and warnings, analyze processor utilization
statistics, analyze server hard drive capacity, analyze memory
utilization statistics, identify and report network problems and
issues.
The
monthly remote activities include: Update virus signature files
on the server (or primary PC), purge deleted files and optimize
hard disk space.
On-Site Service
This plan includes two (2) hours of on-site service provided by
TPCI's team of advanced network specialists and, if additional
labor is needed, you will receive a 10% discount off of our standard
labor rates. Our staff of experienced, well-trained experts are
capable of solving any network problem, and are available for
resolving a variety of desktop issues and problems relating to
hardware, software, network connectivity and operating system
errors.
Free Phone Support
TPCI will provide phone support for all of your network users.
Should any users encounter computer related problems, they simply
contact TPCI via phone or e-mail (up to 10 per month). Our Help
Desk staff will make every effort to resolve the problem remotely.
Problems that are not resolved in this manner will have a TPCI
technician dispatched to your office for prompt resolution.
Quarterly Network Audit
Once a quarter, a TPCI network analyst will schedule an on-site
visit to perform an audit of your network. This time will be used
to evaluate the overall environment, inspect all network equipment
and perform preventative maintenance tasks including cleaning
the tape drive, testing the battery backup, and performing a sample
restore from tape.
