We will provide quick, immediate response to resolve your computer network problems. Your Level III support provides you with all of the following methods to offer the most efficient means of technical support:

• Weekly monitoring of your server(s) from TPCI technical specialists.
• Up to 4hours per month of technical service for on-site/remote remediation. If additional hours are needed you will receive a 10% discount on any labor beyond the included 4hours per month.
• Weekly scheduled on-site appointment to resolve any network problems, address user problems, perform individual training, develop documentation, and/or attend staff meetings to help plan IT projects.
• Free phone support for all of your users. (up to 20 per month)
• 7x24 monitoring or your critical network devices by TPCI.
• Quarterly on-site Audits of your existing network environment.

7x24 technical support
TPCI provides technical services for our Preferred Customers 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Charges for after hours service is listed below. You will receive a welcome kit that will tell you how you can reach us during and after normal business hours:

Our policy for Preferred Customers is to respond to all requests for service within 30 minutes, and to provide you with an on-site technical specialist, if required, within 2 hours. Emergency service will always be escalated to the highest level of attention to get immediate resolution.

reasonably priced
At only $995 per month this plan is perfect for small and medium businesses. This package is for up to 50 users and four file server. Price is based on a 1-year contract with a one time setup fee of $500 per site. Customized plans are available.
