for hundreds of businesses. We will make the extra effort it takes
to meet or exceed the expectations you have for TPCI. We will
provide quick, immediate response to resolve your computer network
problems. Your Level I support provides you with all of the following
methods to offer the most efficient means of technical support:
- Weekly
monitoring of your server(s) from TPCI technical specialists.
- Up
to 2 hours per month of technical service for on-site/remote
remediation. If additional hours are needed you will receive
a 10% discount on any labor beyond the included 2 hours per
month.
- Free
phone support for all of your users. (up to 10 per month)
- Quarterly
on-site Audits of your existing network environment.

TPCI provides technical services for our Preferred Customers 7
days a week, 24 hours a day. Charges for after hours service is
listed below. You will receive a welcome kit that will tell you
how you can reach us during and after normal business hours:

Our policy for Preferred Customers is to respond to all requests
for service within 30 minutes, and to provide you with an on-site
technical specialist, if required, within 2 hours. Emergency service
will always be escalated to the highest level of attention to
get immediate resolution.

At only $595 per month this plan is perfect for small businesses.
This package is for up to 10 users and one file server. Price
is based on a 1-year contract with a one time setup fee of $500
per site. Customized plans are available.
